This lists all technology that is available in Dawnbringer. Keep in mind, you don't buy weapons, etc. in this thread. There are specific stores for that.

Larger Weapons
"Shadepoint" Camoflauge Missles These warheads are based off of the "Starshift" model, and are used in ship-to-ship combat. They aren't as powerful as the ancestors, but they do not show up on radar, sonar, or any other detection force known at this time. Once activated, they also aren't visible to the eye.
"Starshift" Missiles These missiles are large warheads that are used in ship-to-ship combat. They pack a punch, but can't quite break through the regular reinforced titanium armor that most ships use. One pod of these missiles is 20 individual warheads.
Point-Defense 77mm Machine Gun Turrents These turrents are exactly like the 66mm version, but have larger rounds. They are capable of peircing the hulls of larger ships.
Point-Defense 66mm Machine Gun Turrets These turrets are manned by the shipboard AI. They fire a massive 66milimeter round that can shear through most small-craft armor. However, they are useless against larger ships. They are primarily used for point-defense and to stop boarders and fighters.
Displaced Particle Laser "DPL" This massive cannon is a new technology by the NFC. It uses nuclear-fusion to separate particles which are then accelerated to an extremely ridiculous speed. It is a large weapon and takes a large time to recharge. In fact, it nearly incapacitates the ship that uses it. It can severely damage the reinforced titanium armor of space craft and can even completely puncture it, in some cases. The actual laser is about five feet thick and is a brilliant, neon green.
"Mayhem" Magnetic Railgun Cannon This cannon isn't technically a "rail gun". Instead, it fires condensed light. It uses magnetism to focus this light into a beam, which it then fires. The beam is a brilliant, neon green, but is more powerful than the DPL. Only a few ships have these because they are extremely large and require immense power and lots of money to produce.
"Shadokin" Condensed Particle Beam Focuser The Shadokin is an even more powerful version of the DPL designed by the Tanorian Empire. It will use the same type of nuclear fusion, then use magnetism to condense the particles again, causing an explosive reaction. Instead of slicing, like the DPL, the Shadokin's burst of condensed particles will explode upon impact.
Magnetic Energy Shield A large shield generator uses magnetism to create an ovular shield of energy around the ship. This can only be maintained for a few minutes, until the generator overloads and explodes. It can deflect nearly anything. However, massive amounts of energy hitting it will overload it and cause a chain reaction which will destroy the ship, the shield and the surrounding area.

DepthSync Battery A recent invention, the DS battery is a great asset to any ship with a long voyage in mind, although extremely expensive. The batteries spend a long time charging, Nuclear plants pumping energy into them. The key to the DepthSync's is that they have near infinite storage capabilities. They create a rift in space-time and compress power that is pumped into them. However, most are only put in charging for a month or two giving them only a year of usage, depending on the power usage of what they are being used for.
ProtonDynamic Shield Generator The PDS for short, this generator uses energy from the DepthSync batteries to power the shield. The actual shield manipulates atoms and breaks them up into the basic parts: protons, neutrons and electrons. The neutrons are cast aside and the shield manipulates the electrons and protons into a stable, solid, form, usually spherical. The larger the shield, the more power it requires. Like wise, the stronger the shield, the more power it uses. A level 1 PDS can safely defend a fighter against most laser weapons and explosions. A Destroyer would take a level 10 PDS, to safely defend itself, though. These are turned on and off before and after battle so as not to burn up the DepthSync battery.
